DELIVERY & RETURN RULES

GREECE

Shipping is €5 for purchases under €50, while for purchases over €50, shipping is free for all of Greece.

✓The delivery days are from Monday to Friday and from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm for Greece and the delivery will be made within 1-5 working days.

Our online store allows you to return and replace the products you purchased due to your non-physical presence during the purchase.

The return must be made within 10 working days of the day you receive your order.

Returns are NOT accepted in the following cases:

  1. On products that are on sale or on sale. The specific products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  2. No changes are made to products that received a discount through a discount coupon.
  3. Products that have been purchased without a discount cannot be exchanged for products that are on sale.

    If you wish to change a product that you have purchased at the original price before the discount with a product on sale, the change can only be made at the price before the discount of the desired product. Any difference will be charged to you as payment before the product is delivered.

  4. No changes are made to products that have been used and are not in the original condition in which they were received.

Product returns are ACCEPTED when the following rules are followed:

✓The items and their packaging must be in the condition in which they were received by the customer.

✓ The products are intact and unused.

✓The products to be returned should be in the condition received by the customer, in excellent condition with their complete,

original, individual packaging, without damage.

✓ The products should also include all accompanying documents, e.g. receipt of retail sale, etc.

✓In case you wish to return the items you received, you should send us an e-mail at

welcome@tresirene.com describing the reason for the return request and you will receive our reply immediately.

✓The return must be made within 10 working days from the day of receipt of your order. Beyond this period of time www.tresirene.com has every right not to accept any return for replacement of the transaction.

Only the date indicated on the delivery receipt of the courier company is considered as the due date of return.

✓All return costs are borne by the customer.

Return of Products (defective)

In the event that proven to be the fault of www.tresirene.com, defective products were sold we take full responsibility of the replacement.

The refund cost (bank deposit of the corresponding amount of your purchase)

As if you wish to replace the product, we undertake the costs of shipping your replacement.

Return conditions remain the same as above.

In order to accept a defective product, the following are required:

1)Parcel photo as damage may have occurred in transit.

2) Photograph of defective product.
